This guide is for the users who sent their EOS or EOS based tokens without a memo or with an incorrect memo code.
The explanation Number 1. is for those who send their tokens to Hanbitco exchange from another exchange.
The explanation Number 2. is for those who sent their tokens to Hanbitco exchange from their personal wallet.
The token return normally takes around 1 or 2 weeks.

1. Process for returning the EOS based tokens when the tokens were sent from another exchange
- Name and surname registered in Hanbitco : i.e. Peter Peterson
- email registered in Hanbitco : i.e. Peter@gmail.com
- Phone number registered in Hanbitco: i.e. 010-1234-5678
- Transaction ID :
- Wallet address and memo of the exchange from which the tokens were sent
1. ID/Passport photo
2. Selfie of you holding the ID/Passport
3. Screenshot of the transaction ( Transaction ID has to be visible)
2. Process for returning the EOS based tokens when the tokens were sent from personal wallet
- Name and surname registered in Hanbitco : i.e. Peter Peterson
- email registered in Hanbitco : i.e. Peter@gmail.com
- Phone number registered in Hanbitco: i.e. 010-1234-5678
- Transaction ID :
- Wallet address where the tokens will be sent
