* Note should include the account email address, cell phone number, corporate name, and request date.

Take a photo of yourself holding your ID card and a note on the other hand.
* Do not photoshop any photos.
* Ensure the ID is fully visible and in focus.
* Face the camera directly and include your upper body.
* Do not wear sunglasses or hats, anything that conceals your face.
* Ensure that your document is valid and not expired.
* If you are wearing glasses in your ID photo, wear them in your selfie photo.
